At Eternelle, we craft jewelry with care and precision. Due to hygiene and safety standards, not all products are eligible for returns. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

       You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

       Product must be unused, unworn, intact, and in original packaging.

       The tamper-evident seal must be unbroken.

       Discounted / sale items

Acceptable Reasons for Return

       Incorrect product received

       Damaged or defective product on arrival

Refund Method

       Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Exchange Policy

       Eligible items may be exchanged for product value or store credit.
